      <image:title>About - About Kate</image:title>
<image:caption>Kate is a survivor and advocate supporting victims of adult clergy sexual abuse. She wants to use the insight and hope she gained through her experience of abuse and God’s rescue from it to help others. Kate works as an attorney at BozLaw, P.A., and she serves as one of the founders and directors of Restored Voices Collective. “Katie” began going by “Kate” when she went to law school. Her father, who was an attorney and was killed in a car crash when she was a child, envisioned her going by “Kate” as an adult. It was a great idea, and she took him up on it when she followed in his footsteps. However, she still welcomes people who have known her as “Katie” to continue calling her by that name.</image:caption>

<image:caption>These passages in Scripture have helped me understand and heal. I put them here because I hope they might help you, but I don’t have the space to put them in their proper context. In addition, some of them contain content that may be triggering for someone who has experienced abuse. If you choose to read them, I hope that you’ll find someone trushworthy to walk with you through them.</image:caption>

<image:title>Resources - Online Materials A group of fellow survivors and I started Restored Voices Collective so that Adult Clergy Sexual Abuse survivors can understand their stories, connect in community, and reclaim their voices. GRACE (Godly Response to Abuse in the Christian Environment) has an extensive resource page at netgrace.com/resources. I personally have benefitted from their Live Panel Discussions. Not In Our Church is website created by a fellow clergy sexual abuse survivor. I have found it to be an invaluable resource. No Eden Elsewhere and Not The Other Woman are both helpful blogs. Clergy Sexual Misconduct is an excellent and extensive website.</image:title>
